You Served Your Country.

Now Make Sure Your Family Is Protected.

Many veterans assume their military or VA benefits will cover all funeral, burial, and final expenses. That may not always be the case.

No pressure. No obligation. Just clear information.

Trusted Final Expenses is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency.

You Earned Your Benefits. Know What They Actually Cover.

Veterans may qualify for valuable burial and memorial benefits based on their service, eligibility and burial arrangements. These benefits can include things such as a gravesite in a VA national cemetery, opening and closing of the grave, perpetual care, a government headstone or marker, a burial flag and other memorial benefits.

But that does not necessarily mean every final expense is covered.

Funeral home services, cremation services and other arrangements purchased from a funeral or cremation provider may still be the responsibility of the family. Some eligible Veterans may also qualify for a burial allowance, but eligibility and benefits vary.

The real question is not simply, “Do I have veteran benefits?”
It is: “If something happened to me tomorrow, would my family have enough money to handle everything?”

What Could Your Family Still Be Responsible For?

Even when valuable Veteran benefits are available, families may still face expenses such as:

  • Funeral home or cremation services

  • Casket or urn costs

  • Transportation and related arrangements

  • Memorial or celebration-of-life expenses

  • Final household bills

  • Outstanding personal expenses

  • Travel or other costs for family members

  • Expenses that simply were not planned for

The purpose of planning is not to assume the worst.

It is to make sure your family knows what is covered, what may not be covered, and where the money will come from.

Every Veteran's Situation Is Different.

There is no single answer that applies to every Veteran.

Benefits and eligibility can vary depending on factors such as military service, discharge status, Reserve or National Guard service, disability status, burial location and other circumstances.

A Veteran choosing a VA national cemetery may have a very different situation from a Veteran choosing a state veterans cemetery or private cemetery.

That is why I don't believe in guessing.

My goal is to help you understand the questions you should be asking, identify the resources available to you, and help you determine whether there may be a financial gap your family should prepare for.

Important: Trusted Final Expenses does not determine eligibility for VA benefits. Veteran benefits should always be verified through the Department of Veterans Affairs or the appropriate federal, state or local Veteran resource.

That wording is extremely important to your positioning. You're becoming the knowledgeable guide without pretending to be the VA.

Benefits First. Insurance Second.

I don't believe the first question should be, “How much insurance can I sell you?”

I believe the first questions should be:

What benefits may already be available to you?

What coverage and resources do you already have?

What would your family actually need?

Is there a gap?

Only after we understand those answers does it make sense to talk about additional coverage.

If you already have what you need, I will tell you.

If there is a gap, I can help you look at final expense options designed to protect your family without putting unnecessary strain on your budget.

The goal isn't more insurance.

The goal is having the right plan.

We're going to figure out what you already earned, what you already have, and what you actually need before we talk about buying anything.

A Personal Conversation. Not a Call Center.

When you request information from Trusted Final Expenses, you work directly with Daniel Doke, an independent licensed insurance professional.

Daniel will take the time to understand what you already have, what concerns you, and what you want to accomplish.

If additional coverage makes sense, he can help you compare options.

If you already have what you need, he will tell you that too.

The goal is peace of mind—not pressure.
