Build a Career Helping Families Protect What Matters

A career in final expense insurance gives you the opportunity to build something of your own while doing work that genuinely matters.

At Trusted Final Expenses, we are building a team of professionals who believe families deserve honest guidance, clear information and personal service.

Serve people well. Build something meaningful. Create an opportunity for yourself.

Why Trusted Final Expenses?

Build a Business — Not Just Find Another Job

This is a performance-based career for people who want greater control over what they build.

Your results come from developing your skills, serving clients well and consistently doing the work.

Training & Mentorship

You shouldn't have to figure out the insurance business by yourself.

Agents receive guidance on the sales process, final expense products, prospecting, client conversations, underwriting and the systems needed to operate professionally.

Help People With Something That Matters

Final expense insurance is more than a financial product.

You are helping families prepare for expenses that nearly every family will eventually face and helping them make important decisions before a crisis occurs.

Opportunity to Grow

As Trusted Final Expenses grows, agents who demonstrate performance, professionalism and leadership may have opportunities to help train, develop and lead others.

Who We're Looking For

You don't have to be an insurance expert. But you do need to bring the right attitude.

We are looking for people who are:

  • Coachable and willing to learn

  • Comfortable talking with people

  • Self-motivated and disciplined

  • Professional and dependable

  • Willing to prospect and consistently follow up

  • Honest in the way they serve clients

  • Interested in building something rather than simply collecting a paycheck

Experience Can Be Taught. Work Ethic and Character Matter.

That section matters because it starts qualifying people, not merely attracting everyone.

Many successful insurance professionals started in completely different industries.

Meet Daniel Doke

I've spent most of my career building businesses, working with families and learning how much trust matters when people are making important decisions.

When I entered final expense insurance, I quickly saw both the tremendous opportunity in this business and how difficult it can be for a new agent to figure everything out on their own.

Trusted Final Expenses is being built around a straightforward philosophy:

Serve the client well. Learn the business thoroughly. Work consistently. Build something you can be proud of.

As the agency grows, I want to work with people who share that philosophy.

People who are willing to learn, willing to work and committed to treating families the right way.
